Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Souq Aura.

- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- For hygiene and safety reasons, opened personal care items cannot be returned unless the product arrived damaged or defective
- To start a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status
- Approved refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are issued via bank transfer within 7-10 business days
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
